Why
Arjun FIBC?

We at ARJUN FIBC have a pan India network of FIBC manufacturers (click) with whom we have a deal of marketing their products and in return they would always quote the discounted price to us since we have a good payment track record and sometimes pay them advance payment and regular purchase from them on yearly basis and have a good business reputation with secured local area support within the country.

we believe that time is money and wasting your valuable time in negotiating with your existing supplier or enquiring from many different manufacturers with sceptic minds about the quality of product and many time they don’t even give you proper response because they know you are not going to buy from them and you are only enquiring price to compare with your existing supplier.

Once you place your order with us counting begins and the months journey is about to start. Plans are drawn up; materials are arranged and the order of bulk bags goes into the queue. After your order confirmation is received, here is the process that takes place and the time each step requires:

  • Production 2 to 5 weeks (Depending on custom design of the bags. Some ready to ship standard bags are available in some units)
  • Ocean Shipping 3 – 6 weeks (This allows time for transit over the water to the destination port Country wise Approx. shipping time

Sea route approx. time from Mumbai port to Europe

Countries Greece Netherland UK Germany Belgium France
Ports PIR RTM LGP HAM ANR LEH
No. of Days 17 27 28 29 32 34

We believe that cheap is not always inferior. For example, currency can play a role in the pricing of products in different countries. In some parts of the world, the U.S. dollar goes very far. In another country, you could potentially buy a nice four-course meal for a third of the price that you would in the U.S. However, does that mean the quality of the food is bad? Not necessarily.

Another reason a high-quality product could be priced low relates to supply and demand. On the other hand, if there is a surplus of a product, the company might drop the price to get rid of excess products. This does not mean the product is faulty or not useful.

Standard Range of
Bulk Bags

All of our bags are manufactured to the highest standards using only the best UV-protected materials that are strength tested and fully certified by independent industry recognized test houses. Full details of the certification for individual product ranges are available on request.

Builders Bags (Tonne/Ton Bags): Builders bags, or tonne bags (ton bags) as they are also commonly known, are used in the building trade, in particular builder’s merchants, and are also used by landscape gardeners, quarries and firewood suppliers.
Builders’ bags are a fantastic solution for the packing, storing and transportation of aggregates such as sand, stone, gravel and topsoil.
Vented Bulk Bags / FIBCs:Mainly used in the agricultural and logging industry, vented bulk bags provide products such as logs, root crops and bulbs the aeration that is required in order to prevent mould developing whilst being packaged, stored and transported.
Our vented bulk bags are manufactured with 26 ventilation stripes on each of the bags four sides, which allows for sufficient level air to flow through the bag and contents.
Q Bags / Baffle Bags:Q bags, or baffle bags as they are also known, are constructed with four lightweight, internal material baffle panels. Each of the baffle panels have holes cut in them that allows for the bag to be filled to its maximum capacity whilst providing the bag with a stable, rigid structure making the bag resistant to bulging out or from toppling over.
The improved stability of Q bags provides a better overall appearance but more importantly allows for safer stacking, whilst its cubic footprint provides cost saving benefits of up to 30% to its users when considering storage and transportation payloads.
BARROW BAGS : Our barrow bags are designed to be handled and maneuvered by sack trucks for lighter loads such as logs and garden waste or by fork lift via the 4 lift loops for heavier loads such as stone and topsoil.
Measuring at only 45x45x90cm, each barrow bag has been manufactured and certified to withstand loads of up to 1000kg (1 tonne), making our barrow bags very versatile and the ideal solution for the delivery or collection of products to locations that have limited access.

SPECIALIST RANGE OF BULK BAGS

Anti-Static / Conductive FIBCs:Our static dissipative / anti-static bulk bags and conductive bulk bags are for use in environments where combustible gases, dust or vapors are present due to the high risk of electrostatic charge build up that develops within a standard bulk bag / FIBC whilst it is being filled and or discharged.
In order to eliminate this risk the use of our Type C conductive bulk bag or Type D static dissipative / anti-static bulk bag is essential.

TYPE C CONDUCTIVE BULK BAGS

Type C conductive bulk bags / FIBCs are manufactured using non-conductive polypropylene fabric that are interwoven with conductive threads that when connected via a grounding point, earths the bag and dispels electrostatic charge build ups.
Type C conductive bulk bags may be used where combustible dusts and flammable atmosphere with MIE of 3mJ or less is present.
It is important to understand that manual intervention is required to ensure Type C conductive bulk bags have been interconnected and grounded when filling and discharging.

TYPE D STATIC DISSIPATIVE / ANTI-STATIC BULK BAGS

Type D static dissipative / anti-static bulk bags are manufactured from static dissipative and anti-static material that eliminates static build up without the need to interconnect and ground the bulk bag through a process known as the coronal-effect.
Type D static dissipative / anti-static bulk bags may be used where combustible dusts and flammable atmosphere with MIE of 3mJ or less is present.
ADR / UN Certified (Hazardous Materials) FIBCs: Our ADR / UN certified bulk bags are designed and manufactured to the highest of standards in order to comply with the United Nations recommendations on the transportation of Dangerous Goods, also known as “Orange Book” goods.
Our UN certified bulk bags go through a vigorous testing process both in-house and by independent test houses to meet the UN certification status. Tests applied include a Top Lift, Tear, Stacking, Drop, Topple & Righting test.

TYPES OF UN CERTIFIED BULK BAGS

There are four types of ADR / UN certified bulk bags available that can be produced for packaging groups II & III materials, these are:

Costing of
FIBC

Capital Expenditure: Huge expenditure is needed on Factory land and machinery and running cost with full capacity, the more you produce with same expenses the lesser will be your cost per product. So many manufacturers want to produce more and more (Their concentration is on returns on huge investment to repay Bank loans)

PP Resin: The main Raw Material to produce FIBC bag is virgin Polypropylene (PP) which is also called a thermoplastic. PP resins are essentially a by-product of the oil refining industry. Price of this raw material depends on the price of crude oil in the international market which is very volatile and keeps fluctuating. If purchased on high rate final product cost will be also high.

Labour: FIBC industry is a labour intensive industry, so skilled labour is needed to fit the pieces together in a proper manner on a swing machine. India has an advantage in this labour intensive industry as many young and energetic work forces are available in a decent cost.

Freight: As most of the Indian FIBC production is exported to USA and European countries it needs to be sail on sea (cheapest freight) but before that it has to be reached to the sea port of India through road or rail network so this cost is also included in the final sea freight cost. Sea freight is also dynamic in nature and it keeps changes according to the availability of containers at the Indian sea Ports.

Exchange: As all the FIBC exported bags payment comes in foreign currency that too after 5-10 weeks of order confirmation till such time foreign currency market changes 1000 times or more time which nobody can predict as it depends on the global demand and supply of dollars.
